Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre Inc (BINC) is a community based organisation providing a range of information, referral and support services for the Bathurst region in a welcoming environment.

The Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre is a member of the Local Community Services Association, the peak body for neighbourhood and community centres in NSW, and works according to their Neighbourhood Centre Policy. This policy outlines principles and philosophies about neighbourhood centres purpose. These come under three broad categories:

• Local participation and control
• Community development
• Affirmative Action towards disadvantaged people and groups

Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre is partially funded by the NSW Department of Community Services and receives program funding from a range of Government Departments to fill particular needs within the community.
