Camp Team Leader (Dubbo)

Volunteer Leaders are required to: - Support staff and venue staff in the facilitation of the program's activities and events. - Demonstrate a proactive attitude and utilise initiative in working as part of a team - Provide supervision and ensure safety of children during day program activities - Provide encouragement for campers to participate in activities with a fun and open personality - Foster a positive relationship, building and engagement with children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis

Volunteer Transport to Treatment Coordinator, Roster Coordinator & Reception - Orange

•Working with the Community Programs Coordinator to obtain a full understanding of the scope of work
•Contacting and managing relationships with the volunteer drivers
•Creating and maintaining relationships with the referrers of the Transport service
•Being first point of call for the Transport to Treatment phones
•Processing any new transport bookings, scheduling appointments into the calendars

Volunteer Front Desk Reception - Orange

•General Office Administration – incl. incoming & outgoing mail, mail merges,filing, photocopying, scanning etc
•General reception front desk duties, including customer service, answering phone calls and directing calls to the correct staff members
•Specific tasks including – completing EFTPOS transactions, events data entry (Special Events data base), preparing and posting thank you certificates after events.

Meal Deliveries Volunteer (Orange)

Collect frozen/fresh/hot meals from Food Services at times and frequency, as mutually agreed according to the Food Services Roster· Deliver meals to clients in their homes in a timely manner· Demonstrate friendly visiting by engaging in supportive and positive conversations with clients, to monitor well being and promote social inclusion· Ensure Food Service equipment is returned to staff promptly.

Youth Mentor Regional NSW (Orange & Broken Hill)

This program connects disengaged youth with a local community member who can provide mentoring and support to build life skills and self-confidence. The program focuses on children aged 12-16, who would benefit from the support of a mentor. It aims to assist the mentee to overcome participation barriers and actively participate in their community. Local volunteers become adult mentors and work collaboratively with a mentee on a community project of the mentee’s own choosing..

Prison In Visits Program Volunteer (Wellington)
