Encore. NSW Encore project is a Gentle Exercise Program for Women After Breast Cancer A YWCA Project, Funded by NSW Health and supported by AVON and auspiced in Bathurst by the Bathurst Information and Neighbourhood Centre.

Merit Program (Magistrates Early Referral Into Treatment) Merit is a local court program for defendants who have committed drug related crimes, to enter into drug treatment as part of the alternative bail conditions.

Neighbourhood Networking BINC liaises with a range of service organisations and Church support groups who have members who are willing to help clients who need short term help.. e.g. following an operation; one off garden maintenance etc.

No Interest Loans Scheme Provides loans of up to $800 for low income earners who are on Social Security benefits and who live in the local area.

Pregnancy Caring Provides volunteers to give support to those who experience stress or difficulty (not medical) over pregnancy or with a new baby. They also lend equipment, and provide clothing, nappies and milk formula in emergency situations.

Tax Help is an ATO-funded tax assistance service for low income earners

Toy Library. The Happy Hopper Toy Library at BINC offers access to good quality toys and puzzles to children from 0 to 5 years.

Voluntary Work Initiative Works with Volunteering Bathurst and Volunteering Central West to support long term unemployed people, and place them in appropriate voluntary work situations.
