Side by Side kit aims to encourage participation in volunteering
by linking a person with a disability to a volunteer mentor.
It was developed in recognition of the contribution that all
people can make to volunteering.
Increasing
the participation of people with a diverse range of skills
and abilities in volunteering can enrich their experiences.
