Relaxing our mind, creating calmness & body awareness. Yoga & Meditation helps us mange stress & declutter our mind, leaving us feeling happier & lighter within ourselves.

Where: Machattie Park or Bicentennial Park Macquarie River.
When: Last Sunday of each month 10am-11am
