Seated Tai Chi

Description and focus of program: Tai Chi’s slow, rhythmic movements enhance breath, calm the mind, and improve focus. Physical benefits include posture, coordination, breathing, sleep, pain reduction, and lowered blood pressure and stress. Offered in 4 x 10 week terms a year.

Where: Bathurst Senior Citizen’s Centre 176 Russell Street, Bathurst.
When: Fridays at 11.30am – 12.15pm.
Fitness requirements: Any level of fitness for those unable to stand for exercise.
