Yoga for Mums and Bubs
This is a fantastic way to look after yourself after the birth of your baby. The yoga postures are designed for the postnatal months by helping your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way.
It is also a great opportunity to introduce baby to yoga, promote mother and baby bonding, and meet other new mums.
Bring a Yoga mat, a blanket to lay your baby on and any toys they may like to play with.

$ 8 per class or $70 per term
