Seated Tai Chi
Tia Chi For Body Mind Balance has started up this new program at The Neighbourhood Centre.
Seated Tai Chi exercises are a gentle way to move your body which is suited for older adults and seniors. Seated Tai Chi sessions will help improve posture, body strength and mobility whilst sitting down.
