Friendship Festival 2021. 16/05/2021

In celebration and recognition of World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development, The Neighbourhood Centre held the Festival of Friendship.

It was a family-friendly day with free entry, live performances, including dance, music, markets stalls selling bespoke crafts and food.

Celebrating Harmony Week 2021! 15/03/2021

The Neighbourhood Centre & Bathurst Regional Council have created a collection of 14 posters to celebrate the theme of Harmony Week, Everyone Belongs.

The posters represent our multi-cultural community with groups and families from across the world who now call Bathurst home, including Iran, Iraq, the Philippines, India, Thailand, Brazil, Sri Lanka and China, featuring in the photographic collection.

The posters are on display in The Neighbourhood Centre, Armada Shopping Centre, Bathurst Library, Council’s Civic Centre, Seymour Centre and a number of businesses across the CBD.
