Description and focus of program: 8 Form Tai Chi is great for beginners because of it’s simplicity. Tai Chi provides a gentle way to move your body which is suited for older adults and seniors.
Cost: Gold coin donation.
Where: The Neighbourhood Centre, 96 Russell Street Bathurst.
When: Wednesdays, 10am (during school terms)
Fitness requirements: All ages including seniors and those with health & mobility challenges.
