FREE Exercise Workshop during the School Holidays! – Tuesday

The Neighbourhood Centre has partnered with Healthworld Bathurst to offer a free exercise workshop.
We invite young people aged 12 – 18 to attend a presentation about the benefits of exercise.
This will be followed by an exercise session conducted with a qualified personal trainer.
Each participant receives 3x follow up complimentary gym session passes!!
Bookings are essential as numbers are limited.
